Here's the process for claiming Oregon Lottery prizes.
Appointments are recommended for walk-in claims at any of the Oregon Lottery claim centers.
To claim prizes over $50,000, you must schedule an appointment. Call (800) 766-6789 to book your appointment.
To claim by drop box, sign the back of your ticket, complete a claim form, and seal both documents in an envelope. Drop the envelope into the drop box.
To claim a prize by mail, send the signed winning ticket and a completed claim form to:
